As the world endures a historic heatwave throughout the Northern Hemisphere celebrities are opting for bikinis and little linen sets. Amal Clooney<\/a> on the other hand, has opted for shift dresses and glitter as she holidays throughout the Italian region of Lake Como. At the weekend, she proved why her collection of evening wear is unparalleled. So much so that there is a Twitter account @Amal_Style1<\/a> dedicated to ID-ing her looks.<\/p>\n

Earlier on the weekend, the Lebanese-American lawyer was photographed wearing a Maison Valentino printed shift dress as she navigated the waterfront pier. She paired her look with a wide brim beige hat, white crossbody bag and wedge-heel sandals (indeed the style is back). Just a few days later, Clooney appeared to swap resort wear for rhinestones as she attended a gala dinner at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo with husband George in tow.<\/p>\n
