On July 5 2022, The Royal Hashemite Court announced that\u00a0<\/span>Princess Iman<\/span><\/a>, the eldest daughter of\u00a0<\/span>King Abdullah II<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Queen Rania Al-Abdullah<\/span><\/a>, accepted\u00a0<\/span>Jameel Alexander <\/a>Thermiotis\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0marriage proposal. The announcement came with an official engagement portrait of the happy couple posed in a sweet embrace, with Princess Iman\u2019s dazzling engagement ring in view. Eight months later, the royal couple said \u201cI do\u201d at their wedding in Princess Iman\u2019s home country.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jameel Alexander Thermiotis was born in Caracas, Venezuela, to Alexandros Thermiotis and Corina Hern\u00e1ndez in April of 1994, making him 29 years old today. He\u2019s the eldest of three siblings; one is a girl,\u00a0Alexia, and the other is a boy, Alejandros. He comes from a prominent Greek family that maintains a strong\u00a0connection to their heritage with\u00a0frequent trips to the Greek island of Andros.<\/p>\n

Princess Iman\u2019s husband attended private school while growing up in Venezuela and attended college in the United States. Thermiotis\u00a0graduated in 2015 with a specialisation in Business Administration and Business from Florida International University, which set him up for his future career in finance. He spearheaded a venture capital firm called Outbound Ventures LLC after graduation and is now a managing partner at a New York City venture capital firm.<\/p>\n

Jameel Alexander Thermiotis tied the knot with Princess Iman during a traditional wedding ceremony on Sunday, March 12. The event occurred at Beit Al-Urdon Palace, the Royal Family\u2019s residence\u00a0in Dabouq, Amman. The intimate ceremony was a picture of romance, wherein the couple read passages from the Koran while sitting beneath\u00a0trees filled with blossoming white flowers.<\/p>\n

The royal family loves him already<\/h3>\n

Princess Iman and Jameel Alexander Thermiotis dated for three years before he popped the question, and members of the Hashemite dynasty were quick to express how proud they were of them for taking the next stage in their relationship. Queen Rania was one of the vocal supporters to congratulate the couple on Instagram, wishing them \u201ca life filled with love and laughter.\u201d<\/p>\n
