While the Cannes red carpet has seen many remarkable couture moments over the years, we\u2019re particularly enamoured with Italian model and actor Matilda Lutz in Chanel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In town for the premiere of her upcoming film, Final Cut<\/em>\u00a0(Coupez!<\/em>), Lutz wore look 32, from the Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2022 Collection<\/a>: a feather-light silk tulle dress with a painted tiered skirt and sparkling herringbone motif.<\/p>\n

True to the glittering beauty of Cannes (both natural, and its residents!), the look was finished with a selection of Chanel High Jewellery: a Brins de Diamants white gold and diamond earring, Coco Crush earrings, as well as Lune ring and Com\u00e8te ring \u2014 both of which are crafted from white gold and diamonds.<\/p>\n

The beauty look was also by Chanel: velvety skin, shimmering blush, a nude lip and smudged black liner afforded the perfect amount of glamour to complement the gown. Lutz\u2019 hair was curled and swept to one side \u2014 shiny, glossy and perfectly French.<\/p>\n

According to reports, Cannes was the first occasion in which Lutz had watched Final Cut<\/em>\u00a0(Coupez!<\/em>) in its entirety. The film, directed by Oscar-winning writer-director Michel Hazanavicius, depicts the making of a horrendously awful Z-grade zombie movie (yes, a movie inside a movie) before the filmmakers are in fact attacked by real zombies. A satirical, tongue-in-cheek comedy, it\u2019s received a series of glowing reviews from critics since the opening night premiere.<\/p>\n
