Its goal is to serve the growing group of customers looking for new, global designs and be inclusive while supporting international talent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">For its latest campaign, 8 by Yoox paired with six designers and fashion labels from various parts of Africa to create menswear and womenswear capsule collections that blend traditional craftsmanship with 8 by Yoox&#8217;s aesthetic. The umbrella title for these capsule collections is Tales of Africa. Estelle Yomeda, GALAGO, Inzuki, Ifele, Imane Ayissi, and Nkwo are the participating designers and brands acting as spokespeople honouring their heritage with a stylistic direction that harmonises tradition with innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_22731\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-22731\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-22731 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/me\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2022\/05\/8-by-yoox-tales-of-africa-collection.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"494\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-22731\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Courtesy of 8 by Yoox<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Due to the volume of the capsule collections, Tales of Africa consists of a wide range of clothing. Shoes, dresses, accessories, and more are available within the capsule collections, and each of these products is specific to its designer. For example, the brand Ifele is known for creating traditional Zulu sandals. The brand combined its handmade designs with the 8 by Yoox aesthetic for Tales of Africa, creating leather studded sandals. Similarly, the community of artisans working at Inzuki created accessories for the Tales of Africa collection using the technical artistry from Rwanda: beadwork and basketry. The result is a line of stunning earrings woven from brightly coloured materials. Fortunately, this promise means introductions to innovative techniques and visionary designers worldwide.
