The Earthshot Prize was founded back in October 2020 by Prince William and The Royal Foundation. Since then it has been steadfastly working towards one goal: repair our planet. Each year, the council members, including Prince William, Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan<\/a>, Cate Blanchett, Jack Ma and several other changemakers are working together to decide on the recipient of the most prestigious environmental award to come into existence at Dubai’s Expo 2020. Between 2021 and 2030, the foundation and its council will award five winners with The Earthshot Prize. Five prizes valued at one million pounds each will be awarded over the next ten years, “providing at least 50 solutions to the world\u2019s greatest environmental problems by 2030.”<\/p>\n
