We’ve all been asking, and Bella Hadid<\/a> is using her newly-active TikTok account<\/a> to provide the answer \u2013 how does<\/em> she manage all that transatlantic travel while still looking so fresh on arrival?<\/p>\n

Thankfully for us, the model has shared every step of her post-flight skincare and beauty routine, which includes an icy face roller to sculpt and wake up tired skin, air-dried hair and a whole lot of hydration.<\/p>\n

First, she showers, then slathers body cream all over her chest after drying off. Next she applies a serum that’s milky in texture, before dunking what seems to be a ReFa facial roller into a heap of ice and running it along her jawline, cheekbones, forehead and neck in an outward and upward motion.<\/p>\n

This step is said to work wonders for de-puffing a tired, jet-lagged complexion, as the cold therapy rejuvenates the skin while the roller sculpts the contours of the face.<\/p>\n
