Congrats are in order for Romee Strijd<\/a> and her longtime love, Laurens van Leeuwen, after the pair recently announced their engagement. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel shared the happy news to her Instagram with the caption “I said YES”, alongside a series of sweet snaps from the moment van Leeuwen got down on one knee and popped the question.<\/p>\n

The pair had embarked on a fun-filled getaway to the Swiss Alps, with van Leeuwen choosing to propose to Strijd during a romantic champagne picnic in the snow. In shots shared by the pair, Strijd wore a chic white and black snowsuit and was surrounded by a backdrop of the snow-capped Switzerland mountain ranges.<\/p>\n
