Divorce settlements are messy, particularly in the land of celebrities where everything has an expensive price tag. In the Los Angeles Hidden Hills, Kimye<\/a>‘s family home was purchased in 2014 for USD $20 million before the couple reportedly pooled another $20 million for renovations.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>has reported that Kim Kardashian<\/a> will keep the 15,000-square-foot Southern California mansion.<\/p>\n

Kardashian has been spending nearly sole time with the former couple’s four children, North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1, so it only makes sense to stay put. Kourtney Kardashian’s ex husband Scott Disick<\/a> is also situated in the Hidden Hills and the rest of the Kardashian clan is close by.<\/p>\n

According to the publication, the 40-year-old mother has also asked for joint legal and physical custody of the children with Kanye West, however the finer details of the agreement is not yet known.<\/p>\n
