The Distinctive International Arab Festivals Awards has come yet again, and glamorous global and regional stars are flocking Dubai with their stylists and couture in tow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this week, the biggest names in television gathered at the St. Regions, The Palm, bringing out their most\u00a0<\/span>glamorous<\/span><\/a>\u00a0looks from the night’s most prominent nominees and presenters. Ranging from music, arts, culture, business and humanitarian services, a qualified committee selects these personalities from different nationalities to honour international and Arab stars for their achievements and contributions.<\/span><\/p>\n

While we were pleasantly surprised by many of the looks that came out of the red carpet, I’m sure we weren’t the only ones who expected celebs to throw on floor-length or elegant ensembles for their acceptance speeches. From Cynthia Sam in an emerald green satin gown by regional designer, Marmar Halim to Nawal El Zoghbi opting for a French blue\u00a0<\/span>Lebanese<\/span><\/a>\u00a0designed dress by Labour Joisie, Mais Hamdan in a gorgeously designed white high-neck gown by Egyptian designer Nour Azazy, the\u00a0<\/span>fashion<\/span><\/a>\u00a0from the ceremony’s red carpet did not disappoint.<\/span><\/p>\n
