When it comes to the holiday<\/a> party season, naturally, it doesn’t start until December, but ‘festive’ was fashions buzzword this week with a series of high-profile events, screenings and celeb outings. Everyone from musicians to actors, models and more, were eager to spice up their outfits with velvet, metallic, sparkle<\/a> and many more exciting textures.<\/p>\n

When you’re attending a wedding for someone like Paris Hilton, you most likely won’t hit up the ceremony in a little black dress (unless you’re her BFF Kim Kardashian). Earlier this week, Paris Hilton officially tied the knot with American venture capitalist Carter Miliken Reum. As promised, we saw multiple outfit changes and dogs in suits (it was pretty iconic). And when it came to her BFF’s outfits, most of them left the drama for Hilton’s wedding gown. First in line, we saw Kim wearing a body-con strapless dress with her signature slick ponytail and bold smokey eye, along with Nicole Richie wearing a sublte<\/a> black gown with ruffles along the bottom hem.<\/p>\n

Around the world, we saw Dua Lipa attending the Atlantic Council Distinguished Leadership Awards in Washington, D.C. wearing an all-black fit and selected accessories heavy on embellishments. Both Ariana Grande and Lucy Hale, on the other hand, opted for all things metallic. While amping up the highly anticipated R.e.m beauty launch, Grande wore metallic<\/a> jeans, opera gloves paired with a soft grey bodysuit in the brand’s latest campaigns. On the other hand, Lucy Hale opted for a gold metallic dress accessorised with mixed metal chains for an edgy yet playful look for her Fallon Tonight appearance.<\/p>\n
