The fashion world has heard your cries and it\u2019s answered with the most extra of COVID couture, stay-safe accessory that\u00a0Clueless<\/em>\u2019s Cher Horowitz would sport with pride: face masks in Burberry\u2019s iconic vintage check cotton fabric.<\/p>\n

The masks are exclusively available online, with 20 per cent of each sale going to the Burberry Fund\u2019s continued efforts to help communities impacted by the global pandemic.<\/p>\n

The Burberry Foundation COVID-19 Community Fund was set up in April this year, under the direction of The Burberry Foundation, to provide essential support for local communities in need. To date, it has made heart-warming contributions towards relief efforts in Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa, contributing PPE (over 160,000 pieces as of today) as well as assistance to food banks and healthcare charities globally.<\/p>\n

Burberry went further than the Foundation, though, donating to vaccine research, food bank charities and retooling its Castleford factory in Yorkshire, UK, to manufacture non-surgical gowns for medical and care workers.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t really need to say this but, just fyi, the masks are available in classic archive beige and pale blue and come with a matching travel pouch.<\/p>\n
