\u2019Tis the season of the art fair. In the past few weeks gallerists have flocked to The Armory Show NYC, Art Basel, Frieze London and FIAC Paris, and things aren\u2019t slowing down any time soon. For art aficionados working in the Arab region, the next stop is Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking place from 1-5 December, Riyadh welcomes the 5th edition of Misk Art Week, the annual flagship event hosted by the Misk Art Institution which occupies a central position in Saudi Arabia\u2019s art calendar. The purpose of Misk Art Week is not so commercially driven as an art fair. Rather, Misk Art Week was established to showcase the region\u2019s thriving art scene, and the best Saudi Arabia has to offer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
