The sequin<\/a>-dress trend is back, and honestly, it\u2019s more sequin than ever. While this style doesn\u2019t ever seem to fade away, it\u2019s definitely packing quite the punch for 2021 \u2013 including at this years LACMA event.<\/p>\n

From Dakota Johnson<\/a> to Olivia Wilde and Eva Longoria, we saw some of the most prominent stars dialling up the drama at this year\u2019s LACMA\u2019s 10th annual Art+Film Gala, with the perfect touch of sparkle. We\u2019ve seen various iterations of the trend over the years, but right now, it seems to appear in either a body-con gown or a glistening top that can be slightly transparent or sheer.<\/p>\n

The women of the evening kicked off the red carpet in a soft colour palette or a complete black-out look. Hailey Bieber and Addison Rae followed a clean slate of white or black monochrome gowns, while Miley Cyrus wore a chic<\/a> floral print suit. Lil Nas X was seen in a vibrant yellow number by Gucci and Kodi Smit-McPhee, wearing the same fit but in a deep olive tone.<\/p>\n
