They were certain <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/search\/?search=britney%20spears&amp;tags=britney%20spears\">Britney Spears<\/a>&#8216; father had been taking advantage of her through a conservatorship which has been in place since her public breakdown in 2008.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the premiere of the documentary, millions more people have been across Spears\u2019 legal situation\u2014she has been fighting to have her father removed from being in charge of her finances and person for years now. Following the added interest and support from people around the world, Spears is reportedly now considering telling her side of the story in a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winfrey of course is behind one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/buckingham-palace-queen-responds-oprah-meghan-markle-prince-harry\/\">biggest television moments of the year<\/a>, speaking with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their first interview since stepping back as senior royal family members and relocating to LA. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the two-hour conversation, which was aired on <em>CBS<\/em>, thousands celebrated the way Winfrey handled the sensitive topics of racism and mental health, as well as her empathetic interview style. Some Spears fans even expressed their wish for the singer to speak to WInfrey next. &#8220;I want Oprah to sit down with Britney Spears,&#8221; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MsRitaB\/status\/1369962114069192708\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wrote<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> one Twitter user. &#8220;I need that Britney interview like yesterday,&#8221; <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KateBDoll\/status\/1370864433325543425\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">wrote<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> another. &#8220;Oprah is the only one I trust.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I need that Britney interview like yesterday Oprah is the only one I trust.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Kate (@KateBDoll) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KateBDoll\/status\/1370864433325543425?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\">March 13, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.etonline.com\/britney-spears-has-thought-about-speaking-out-is-much-happier-amid-support-from-fans-source-says?cmp=browser-push-20210318-britney-spears\" target=\"_blank\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entertainment Tonight<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reports Spears has considered telling her story in the past, but that following the recent <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New York Times<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> documentary, she feels now is the time to ensure she\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/britney-spears-netflix-documentary\/\">telling her own story<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Britney has considered speaking out about her past, mostly because she doesn&#8217;t feel others should tell her story,&#8221; a source told<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ET<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. &#8220;She&#8217;s always hated doing interviews but if she ever takes that step, Oprah would most likely be her first choice. At this point, there is no plan in the works for her to do an interview but when she does, there will be steps Britney would need to take before speaking out.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They added Spears is grateful for the outpouring of support from fans and fellow stars in the weeks following the release of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Framing Britney Spears<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This included Spears\u2019 ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake apologising for the way he treated her in the early 2000s, after their public breakup.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Britney has been much happier lately and those closest to her feel it&#8217;s because she&#8217;s received such tremendous support from her fans,&#8221; said the source. &#8220;The release of the documentary has inspired an outpouring of more love than ever.
