When you pass through the doors, the hostesses are there to greet you, and further offer more hand sanitiser, if you happened to miss it just outside, before showing you to your seats.<\/p>\n

Overcome with options, we left our dinning decisions in more than capable hands, and the waiter chose a first course of sea bass carpaccio with black truffle and pink peppercorn, the yellowfin tuna ceviche with sesame, avocado, sweet onion vinaigrette \u2013 an undeniable favourite \u2013 along with the house favourite, burrata, which comes served melon Charentais and datterino tomato.<\/p>\n

He also insisted on the quinoa and kale salad with apple, goji berries and aged parmesan cheese \u2013 not an obvious choice, but it certainly didn’t disappoint.<\/p>\n

A fine French feast finished by a round of delicious desserts<\/span>The main course consisted of the walnut-crusted Chilean sea bass, surrounded by its light pumpkin, quinoa and parmesan sauce, the grilled octopus with ratte potatoes and yuzu dressing, along with the delectable squid ink risotto, served with grilled calamari, tomato and basil. A fine French feast finished by a round of delicious desserts<\/span>. The profiteroles and creme brulee are highly recommended.<\/p>\n
