In May 2019, Adele<\/a> shocked fans when she reemerged onto Instagram after six months, blonde, and seemingly more slim. It turns out the Grammy-winning singer had lost an incredible 100 pounds (or roughly 45 kilograms). In a new cover interview<\/a> Adele has revealed it arrived with negative backlash from female followers.<\/p>\n

“The most brutal conversations were being had by other women about my body,” Adele said.<\/em> “I was very f–king disappointed with that. That hurt my feelings.”<\/p>\n
