With October right around the corner, now is the time to be talking about breast cancer and doing all we can to raise awareness. Whether you know someone that was a victim of the life-threatening disease or you yourself are a survivor, breast cancer is a topic that should be on everyone’s mind. If you’re based in the UAE, here are some of the most exciting events that will take place this month that you can and should attend!<\/p>\n

Pink It Now<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pink It Now is a breast cancer awareness campaign by Zulekha Healthcare Group, that hosts a campaign where women learn about early detection, receive complimentary consultations as well as diagnostic tests. This year, the initiative will be hosting their 10th campaign at The Oberoi Hotel Business Bay in Dubai, on Monday fourth of October. The ambassador of the event is a breast cancer survivor herself, Dr. Pamela Munster, and she will be attending herself.<\/p>\n
