It is safe to say we’ve had Elton John<\/a> and Dua Lipa<\/a>‘s collaborative track “Cold Heart” on repeat since it was released last month<\/a>. Now it appears the single was just a prelude to the artist’s forthcoming album. Taking to Instagram, John announced all the details for The Lockdown Sessions,\u00a0<\/em>that as the name suggests, is a collection of songs that were written in lockdown.<\/p>\n

In March 2020 Elton was forced to pause his record breaking Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour due to the pandemic. Self-isolation opened the opportunity to work on new music with other artists, virtually.<\/p>\n
