Rihanna is giving us a rare glimpse into her pregnancy life—including all the good food she’s been craving.

Having stayed relatively quiet about her family and second pregnancy, the singer surprised her followers with some snaps of her growing baby bump and some plates of the hearty meals she’s been eating. And while we’ve always been a fan of her maternity style, we must say that her taste in food is just as good.

In the first picture taken from above, you can see her bare belly sitting over loose jeans, and a plate of spaghetti with a tomato-based sauce, loaded with parmesan and chilli flakes.

“Drive-tru,” she captioned the photo.

In the second photo shared to her Stories, the 35-year-old can be seen switching up the spaghetti for a gnocchi bolognese. She also adorned the snap with an emoji of a woman bottle-feeding a baby.

The musician and beauty mogul is expecting her second child with partner A$AP Rocky. The loved-up couple previously welcomed their first child in May 2022. Though he’s already one of the most famous children on the planet, his name is yet to be publicly revealed.

Much to the surprise—and confusion—of fans, Rihanna subtly announced her pregnancy during her Super Bowl halftime performance in February. Having only given birth recently, and with such a small bump, onlookers were unsure if the singer was indeed cradling a baby bump or not. A representative for Rihanna then confirmed the joyous news after the show.

In a pre-reveal interview, she opened up about how motherhood has changed her perspective on work.

“When I first got the call to do it again this year, I was like, ‘You sure?’ Like, I’m three months postpartum, should I be making major decisions like this right now? Like, I might regret this,” she recalled during a press conference. “But when you become a mum, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world, you can do anything.”

She then spoke openly about her hesitation to get back to performing. “The Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world. So as scary as that was, because I haven’t been onstage in seven years, there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all,” she explained, adding that she was inspired by her son. “It’s important for me to do this year. It’s important for representation, and it’s important for my son to see that.”

The family recently fronted the cover of British Vogue, where Rihanna later made the announcement that she had actually been pregnant with her second child while shooting, unbeknownst to her or Rocky.
