In the northern hemisphere, cuffing season is officially upon us. As the temperatures drop, the sun begins to set in mid-afternoon, and people begin to hibernate on their couches for the winter, singles who’ve been busy enjoying a Hot Girl Summer are grabbing their latest Hinge hook-up and hunkering down.
No better proof —nor pictorial definition — of cuffing season is that of Hollywood’s latest duo, Emily Ratajkowski and Pete Davidson. After a @DeuxMoi sighting of the pair over the weekend, People confirmed the model-cum-author-cum-podcast host and SNL comedian-cum-A+list bombshell rebound boyfriend are “seeing each other.”
Now, we’ve been blessed with the first photos of the two together — and they’re wearing matching cosy season outfits at that.
Page Six reports that on Wednesday night in New York City, Davidson arrived at Ratajkowski’s apartment in an SUV to pick her up to celebrate his 29th birthday. But when she stepped outside, paparazzi allegedly swarmed the pair, prompting Ratajkowski to go back inside and Davidson to drive off.
Ratajkowski later ordered a car to reportedly take her to Davidson’s location, instead, holding what appeared to be a gift for him in her hand.
Davidson then met Ratajkowski at the door of the residential building where they hugged. Both were wearing matching black puffer jackets and grey track pants. They then laughed, perhaps at their coordinating get-ups, perhaps at the paparazzi who captured these photos, before they proceeded to walk down the hallway together.
