Dispuestos a dejarla con la boca abierta, un nutrido grupo de periodistas y yo <strong>nos unimos al\u00a0chef Ram\u00f3n Freixa para crear un<\/strong> <strong>men\u00fa &#8216;can\u00edbal&#8217;<\/strong>. Y vale. Puede que el cocinero catal\u00e1n hiciera todo el trabajo mientras nosotros mir\u00e1bamos y degust\u00e1bamos. As\u00ed que mejor que estuviese Ram\u00f3n.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un men\u00fa del gusto de Hannibal Lecter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00abLa clave est\u00e1 en pensar qu\u00e9 alimentos pueden darnos sensaci\u00f3n de estar comiendo carne humana o bebiendo su sangre\u00bb, nos comenta Freixa. Vale bien. La cosa se presenta fuertecita. Para comenzar, Ram\u00f3n nos deleita con el aperitivo\u00a0<em><strong>Red Campari on the rocks<\/strong>. <\/em>Lo realiza a\u00f1adiendo zumo de naranja sanguina al <em>Red Campari,<\/em>\u00a0que le da un toque mucho m\u00e1s rojo a la bebida. Lo remata decor\u00e1ndolo con dedos y dentaduras de gominola. Cuando lo tengamos, lo ponemos sobre un pan de hamburguesa y a\u00f1adimos lechuga, queso y una rodaja de tomate. \u00a1Listo! Adem\u00e1s de f\u00e1cil, la ventaja de cocinar una hamburguesa de carne cruda es que no manchas las sartenes. Para elaborarlo, metemos en un vaso de batidora, remolacha, frambuesas, fresas, colorante alimenticio rojo y le damos al <em>play<\/em>. Una vez que se haya creado una mezcla espesa y uniforme, la introducimos en un sif\u00f3n que meteremos en la nevera durante media hora. Una vez fr\u00eda, decoramos con ella una taza de caf\u00e9. \u00bfEl toque final? Adem\u00e1s, no tuvo reparos en reconocer que su trabajo en esta serie le hab\u00eda hecho aprender a cuidarse y a retomar su vida normal despu\u00e9s de su divorcio con\u00a0Will Kopelman: \u00abEsta serie me lleg\u00f3 en un momento en el que yo estaba pas\u00e1ndolo muy mal emocionalmente. <strong>Volver a trabajar me hizo querer estar m\u00e1s guapa y comenc\u00e9 a comer mejor<\/strong>.
