No siempre lo conseguimos y por eso mismo una de las marcas de moda m\u00e1s <em>comfy<\/em> de Inditex ha creado una rutina que todos podemos seguir.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de Oysho que quiere que durante 21 d\u00edas nos sumemos al reto\u00a0 en el que podremos trabajar de forma completa no solo el cuerpo, tambi\u00e9n la fuerza y la resistencia, que muchas es m\u00e1s necesaria. En este challenge, que podemos seguir a trav\u00e9s del canal de Youtube de Oysho, ha sido creado por tres entrenadoras personales -Louise Barton, Itsdesifit y Kit Rich- internacionales y se divide en varias rutinas que conforman este Total Body Workout: bodyweight, resistance, legs&amp;glutes, upper body, HIIT, strenght y fullbody&amp;core stability.<\/p>\n<p>Cada sesi\u00f3n de 30 minutos, es el tiempo que dedicar\u00e1s cada d\u00eda para ponerte en forma, estar\u00e1 cada d\u00eda disponible en el canal youtube para que puedas seguirlo al mismo tiempo (6pm GMT+1) o para que organices la mejor hora en tu agenda diaria.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe apuntas?
