Yolanda Hadid – Gigi, Bella and Anwar’s mother – will reportedly host her own model scouting/coaching show tentatively titled Model Moms. The 53-year-old former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will coach aspiring teenage models “to succeed on and off the catwalk”.

Deadline reports Hadid and a team of experts will put said models and their mums through an “intensive” eight week program focused on not just the physical status of a model but her emotional wellbeing as well. Each week, a winner will be selected to take home a AUD$6500; a sum she can put towards her modelling career. One girl will be crowned the winner of the series and “win a contract with Yolanda’s company and the potential opportunity to be represented by IMG Models in New York”. You know, if they think Hadid’s selection is good enough or not.

Hadid first introduced her first daughter Gigi to the modelling world when she just two years old. GUESS CEO Paul Marciano took a liking to the young Gigi and she fronted the Guess baby and Guess Kids line. Hadid then pulled her daughter out of the spotlight so she could focus on school and maturing before letting her take on any major contracts. Now, along with sister Bella, she’s ones of the biggest names in the modelling world.
