Now that the 2017 Spring Summer Ready-to-Wear runway shows are in full swing we’ve seen a barrage of Summer-ready looks that have us reaching for bronzed, coral palettes, and cream-based textures that bring the green-eyed holiday envy into a beach-side reality. Championing this sun-drenched beauty was none other than the models at the Alexander Wang runway, clothed in the label’s signature sexy, sports-luxe ensembles teamed with crisp, shirting elements.

Makeup mastermind Diane Kendal, created the dreamy, “beach-babe” look, describing the inspiration behind the look as “surfer, beach girl,” emulating the “look and natural colour that someone gets if their skin has been kissed by the sun”.

Sounds too good to be true? Well it gets even better, created with only three colour products, it’s the perfect understated, purse-friendly, flushed makeup look that you can seamlessly transition from the boardwalk to the bar.

Here’s how to get the look.

Prep skin with a light-coverage foundation (MUAs used the Nars, Sheer Glow Foundation, $67. SHOP NOW) and place the Nars, Matte Multiple in Cappadoce from the cheeks to the temple for a bronzed glow, then layer a coral-toned shade on the cheekbones for a natural sunburn flush. Finish by lightly blotting concealer over moisturised lips, for a muted nude lip. While the eyes were mainly kept bare, with lashes and brows left au-natural, some models wore a mix of Cappadoce and Portofino blended all-over the lid.Products
