With consumers spoilt for choice when it comes to beauty products these days, it is increasingly difficult for a brand to produce an item that goes on to gain cult status. But one product that has managed to obtain the ultimate in cut-through is Sisley Paris’ Black Rose Cream Mask.
Finding a fan with celebrities including Lara Worthington, Jennifer Lawrence, Salma Hayek, and Jaime King, just to name a few, the latest star seen stepping out with glowing skin all thanks to this “instant youth” in a tube is Emma Stone.

Used by Stone’s makeup artist Rachel Goodwin before her Best Actress win at the 2017 Oscars, Goodwin reveals: “I started with the Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask before applying makeup to create plump, hydrated skin that looks beautiful.” She followed this up with another Sisley product, using the brand’s new “Ginger Contouring Oil on her arms and legs to create a lush, radiant glow to the skin”.
But Goodwin’s not the only one vocally singing the product’s praises, with King previously commenting: “The Black Rose Mask is an essential. I always use it before bed and put it on first thing on the plane and slather it on. It’s a hydration game-changer.” Kira Nasrat, who counts Margot Robbie as a client, agrees, adding: “The Black Rose Mask is my jam. Skin looks so radiant right afterwards. It smoothes lines, plumps, and just looks like you had eight glasses of water… It’s like a facial in 15 minutes.”
