Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have made their first public appearance together after almost two months out of the spotlight. Over this Mother’s Day weekend, the two were spotted in Philadelphia enjoying a meal with the football star’s family. Before this weekend, the pair were last seen together in March, dining at a New York City restaurant.
For Mother’s Day, the singer was seen in a casual black floral midi dress and a black Chanel 25 bag with a gold chain strap. Meanwhile, Kelce sported his offseason long locks with an off-white collared shirt.
Post the Super Bowl earlier this year, the couple have been keeping a low profile and spending their time together out of the public eye. With the Era’s tour ending in December 2024, and the NFL in its offseason since February, the pair are simply “so in love and enjoying spending time with their friends and each other,” according to a Page Six source.
An insider also told People that the two are focused “very much on private time out of the spotlight,” and that “they have been travelling nonstop and very much enjoy it.”
Swift and Kelce have been dating since 2023, with their romance being confirmed in October of that year. Since then, their relationship has been highly publicised, with the singer attending many of Kelce’s games and the athlete even joining his popstar girlfriend on stage during a London performance. Their last major joint appearance was at the Super Bowl in February, and fans had speculated they might attend the Met Gala together. However, despite an invitation, the two were not seen in attendance.
With this new private era, Swifties may have to wait until the NFL season starts up again or a new tour commences for regular updates on their favourite star couple.
