A British newspaper is claiming to have the inside intel that Taylor Swift is dating British actor and theatre performer Joe Alwyn.
The Sun reports that Swift has been dating Alwyn, best known for starring in Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk for several months, and that she’s been renting a house in North London to spend time with him there.
“Taylor and Joe are the real deal, this is a very serious relationship,” a source told the outlet.
“But after what happened with Tom Hiddleston, they were determined to keep it quiet.”
Meanwhile E News! claims to have insider knowledge of the “great lengths” Taylor has been going to to keep her relationship with Joe under wraps.
“She has made several trips to see him, but always flies in and out on a private jet with lots of security and has been flying into very small and remote airports.”
You might remember Taylor’s unusual strategy for evading the paparazzi.
As for how they met, it’s possible Emma Stone played cupid. A long-time friend of Taylor’s, she recently co-starred in upcoming film The Favourite with Joe.
Taylor sure does like her British boys – she dated Tom Hiddleston last year, Calvin Harris (okay, he’s Scottish, but close enough) and had a romance with Harry Styles.
