Taylor Swift jetted from her final show on the European leg of the Eras Tour to her multi-million dollar mansion on the East Coast for a star-studded party. The occasion? The 37th birthday of her best friend, Blake Lively.
On August 24, Swift was seen at the coastal estate reported to be worth upward of AUD $25 million. She was pictured on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with her pro-athlete boyfriend, Travis Kelce, with Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds also captured around the property.

As per TMZ, the star-studded gathering was thrown to toast the It Ends With Us star’s most recent lap around the sun. Lively has recently been the subject of netzien’s ire for her handling of the delicate subject matter depicted in the film adaption of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel. Lively is also alleged to be embroiled in a rift with her co-star Justin Baldoni, who also directed the feature, but has not directly addressed the uproar.
Instead, it appears she’s taking a page out of Swift’s book and shaking off the controversy. Lively and Swift were joined by Kelce’s football player brother and podcast co-host, Jason Kelce, along with Bradley Cooper and his daughter, seven-year-old Lea De Seine. The Maestro star is currently dating Gigi Hadid, but the supermodel was not said to be present at the celebration.

Swift notoriously throws Fourth of July parties at the residence each summer, with her property immortalised in a single from her eighth studio album, folklore. Titled “The Last Great American Dynasty”, the song chronicles the history of the home as it fell into the hands of heiress and socialite Rebekah Harkness in 1948 after her husband died.
The track imagines the life of the Colonial-era estate before Swift purchased it in 2013. Or as she calls herself in the lyrics, the “loudest woman this town has ever seen” who had a “marvellous time ruining everything”.
