Taylor Swift and her girl posse (sorry, but I simply can not, as a self-respecting woman of 30+ utter the word “squad”) have been galavanting around her Rhode Island estate in what is fast-becoming their 4th of July tradition. Taylor, Gigi Hadid, Blake Lively, Karlie Kloss, Ruby Rose, Martha Hunt, the Haim sisters and new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston (don’t even get me started on his merch singlet), are doing what the word “frolicking” truly epitomises while dressed in a sea of red, white and blue swimsuits that are simply **perfect** for an extremely low-key and spontaneous group photo which was definitely not pre-planned in any way at all:

I’m not going to lie, it looks like good, clean fun. And more to the point, has us all hankering for swimwear-worthy weather. If you are lucky enough to be Northern Hem “summering abroad” this winter solstice, you may too, dream of primary-colour-coordinating with your friends as you splash about in the knee-depth shallows. You do? Excellent news. Shop some of the key looks here!
Taylor is, in my opinion, the least chic of the group in a very on-theme red Forever 21 swimsuit with “America” emblazoned across the front. Because what else would you expect from America’s Sweetheart on its Day of Independence?
