Against all the odds, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson’s relationship is still going strong, despite the SNL comedian’s track record of breaking up with his celebrity girlfriends after a few months, and Kanye West’s ongoing public vendetta to make exactly that happen. 

Ahead of the Kardashian family launching their new Hulu series, the couple is finally opening up about their romance, from tattoo tribute reveals to confirmation of meeting the kids and now, their first kiss – if it ain’t at least a tiny bit PR, it’s the perfect coincidence (and let me tell you, there are no coincidences when Kris Jenner’s involved).  

Last night, the entire family showed up on Jimmy Kimmel Live where Kimmel showed a photo of Davidson and Kardashian’s Aladdin-themed SNL sketch, where they kissed on a magic carpet. 

When Kimmel asked,  “Kim, was this the first time you kissed Pete?” She confirmed, “Yes, that is.”

He continued, “What became of this rug? Do you have this now? It seems like you should,” to which Kardashian revealed that Davidson gifted her not only the rug, but the outfits and genie lamp for Valentine’s Day. “Actually, for Valentine’s Day he got me the rug and the whole outfit and the little genie lamp. So I do own the rug,” she said. 

Okay, not only does Davidson have BDE, but he’s thoughtful, too. It makes more sense every day. 

Furthermore, Kimmel added, he “had to carry in a huge bouquet of flowers that Pete sent here for you” to celebrate their appearance, asking “Does that make the other boyfriends look bad?” (Answer: yes)

Kardashian also spoke about her and Davidson’s relationship during an interview with Robin Roberts earlier in the week, saying, “I am a relationship kind of girl, for sure, and I wouldn’t be with someone if I didn’t plan on spending a lot of my time with them. Obviously, I want to take my time, but I’m very happy and very content. And, it’s such a good feeling just to be at peace.”

We truly do love to see it.
