Objectively, it’s weird to be following a child’s TikTok account, but the Kardashians really know how to keep us enthralled with their every move. After recently creating joint accounts for members of the famous family – Kim Kardashian and daughter North West share one, as do Kourtney Kardashian and daughter Penelope Disick – the platform has become obsessed with the inside look that the Kardashian offspring now provides to the public.
Admittedly, there’s something so fun and fascinating about seeing into the wildly affluent Kardashian world from the casual, unaffected eyes of Penelope and North that feels so wholesome… and yes, oddly addictive.
And now the latest videos from Kourtney and Penelope’s account have revealed that the 9-year-old is something of a burgeoning beauty icon, after dyeing her hair a vibrant shade of red.

In the first video, Penelope shares her dramatic transformation in a quick reveal, with her natural brunette locks getting switched out for the bright cherry red hue. The video subsequently went viral, prompting the youngster to share another video that provided further insight into the process of colouring her hair.
In the next one, Penelope shows a professional applying the colour to her hair, before taking over herself to wipe excess dye from her forehead and set a timer. She is then seen rinsing it out, drying it off and brushing it out, before revealing the final look with her bold new shade.

It’s not the first time Penelope has demonstrated an aptitude for all things beauty, after she recently walked viewers through her hair, skin and body beauty routine – which naturally contained several products from aunt Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Skin line.
It seems Kourtney approves of her daughter’s new look, as the former reality star reposted the initial video of Penelope’s hair transformation to her own personal TikTok page.
It’s actually the kind of look we’d expect to see from Kourtney herself, who has notably embraced a punk-lite aesthetic since she began dating now-fiancé Travis Barker.
