Believe it or not, Nicole Kidman says her daily skincare routine is quick and easy.

“I’m a five-minute girl in the morning and at night,” she told InStyle, explaining, “I’ve got to put my kids to bed and spend time with my husband. I’m not going to sit there for an hour pampering myself.”

While she may rush through her own beauty regimen, her country singer spouse, Keith Urban, 53, and their two daughters, Sunday, 12, and 10-year-old Faith, are often on the receiving end of all that pampering.

“He’s a pretty low-maintenance guy,” Kidman said. “Sometimes, though, I’ll treat my entire family to a spa day and massage their feet and give them pedicures.”

As part of the TLC treatments, she has a product she prefers: “I’ll use the Seratopical Heel Souffle on them and on myself at night,” she revealed. “It’s fluffy and has a great texture. Then I put my little bed socks on and wake up with the softest feet.”

“I am so glamorous,” she joked.

Kidding aside, it turns out Kidman, 53, wants her daughters to be chic and feel confident, and her own mom, Janelle Kidman, is her main inspiration.

“She always smells good and looks good,” she said. “I teach my daughters [to be] the same. I’m like, ‘You need to smell good, look good, take care of your skin, file your nails, and take care of your feet. Do it yourself; it’s your responsibility.’”

The Big Little Lies actress said the lesson she hopes to impart to the girls isn’t just about hygiene.

“It’s about how they enter the world,” she explained. “I try to make myself presentable in the morning. It’s so easy not to even bother in quarantine, and I’ve been through periods like that before. I feel better inside when I decide to do my hair and put on a dress — not just my same old sweatpants or jeans.”
