With only 25 days left of the year, we’re taking a look back at some of the biggest beauty trends of 2019. Like fashion, beauty tends to go in cycles, meaning that early ’90s nostalgia, taupe lips, scrunchies, lip gloss and face-framing tendril fringes were big (we see you, Bella Hadid).
