Millie Bobby Brown is officially launching a beauty line. The Stranger Things actor has shared on her Instagram the inception of Florence By Mills – a range of skincare and makeup products designed for younger skin. She’s the latest celebrity to dip her toes in the world of beauty entrepreneurship, following the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and Kylie Jenner. Unlike Jenner’s slow teaser uploads, Brown’s foray into beauty has seemingly come from nowhere, but according to her socials, she’s been working on the line for two years.

At this stage, products like an iridescent peel-off mask, concealer, lip oil, skin tint, eye balm, and face wash have been unveiled, and it’s been explained that the entire Florence By Mills line is cruelty-free, sulfate-free, vegan, paraben-free, and dermatologically tested. Brown has explained that she wants Florence By Mills to be “easy to get” and “fun to use” and to embrace individuality. It comes from years of her sitting in the makeup chair (presumably for Stranger Things) subjected to products that weren’t good for her skin, and would make her break out. “I wanted to come into the space because there was a gap in the market for young people,” Brown told WWD. “I guess I could never find anything that I liked to put on my face and it felt good. I’d take off my makeup and boom, another pimple would appear,” she said, before adding: “There are multiple different products I’ve put on that weren’t good for me. Some of those were anti-ageing, and I was 10 years old.”

The price points will reportedly reflect the younger target market, with products sitting between $10 and $40. It’s unclear whether it will be available in Australia, so watch this space for more details as they come out.
