Meghan Markle clearly gets Queen Elizabeth’s stamp of approval.

The Duchess of Sussex stood front and centre between the Queen and Prince Harry at one of the royal family’s most important annual events overnight.

Meghan joined her in-laws on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch a performance by Royal Air Force planes to celebrate the RAF’s 100th anniversary.

Looking chic in Dior, Meghan had a captive audience in the Queen before and after the show, chatting and laughing with the monarch and husband Harry.

We can only speculate about why Meghan stood front and centre of the family. Could it have been to make her feel welcome as a relatively new royal?

After the performance, Meghan and Harry flew to Dublin for an official visit.
