Prince Harry has reportedly grown inpatient. According to The Daily Mail, the Royal who has been dating Suits actress Meghan Markle for close to a year now, wants his girlfriend to move into a new apartment with him in Kensington Palace.

Renovations are allegedly underway of the property which is next door to brother Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will move into their new 22-room, double kitchen apartment by September. “[Harry] keeps popping round and asking when it will be ready,” a “source” reportedly told the publication. “He seems in a real hurry to move in with Meghan.”

Usually staying over at the 32-year-old’s Prince’s two-bedroom “bachelor pad” in Nottingham Castle, Markle has become a tabloid staple since news of the relationship broke last year. Notoriously private when it comes to matters of the heart, Prince Harry has been publicly protective of his girlfriend and called for respect of her privacy via a statement on November 2016. “[Harry] has rarely taken formal action on the very regular publication of fictional stories that are written about him and he has worked hard to develop a professional relationship with the media, focused on his work and the issues he cares about,” it read.

“But the past week has seen a line crossed. His girlfriend, Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment,” the palace continued. “Some of this has been very public—the smear on the front page of a national newspaper; the racial undertones of comment pieces; and the outright sexism and racism of social media trolls and web article comments.”

Kensington Palace have refused to comment on the current rumour, describing it as a “private matter” which in turn has led media outlets to (ridiculously) question royal traditions for a second time: Can a bi-racial woman marry into the Royal family? Can a woman who has been divorced in the past marry a Prince? Can a woman who has been half naked on television be a member of the royal family?
