MBFWA: The Best Street Style From Fashion Week, Day Four

Inflated proportion and white denim; here's all the fashionable happenings from the streets of MBFWA

Day Four of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia drew an impressively stylish crowd for the 20th Anniversary show of design darling, Lee Mathews. The frow was lined with fashionable luminaries, some dressed in Mathews signature artful print, others championing their own designer garb. Heavenly model Victoria Lee found sartorial solace in the former, wearing a satin, striped pyjama pantsuit worthy of a double take. While outside, the street style stakes were high. Proportion was inflated; the trousers wide, the sleeves big, the jackets oversized. Tailoring also took a relaxed turn, with modern shirting and boxy jackets made for walking (and posing). And the denim of choice? White. As seen on Carmen Hamilton and Brook Testoni. Just be careful with that Vittoria coffee.
