The wait for the next season of Game Of Thrones is far from over, but there’s something coming to the small screen that’ll ease the pain: Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart have signed on to do a TV show together.
As the program’s working title Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party suggests, the pair will host celebrity guests at a dinner party every episode, VH1 announced on Monday.
“At our dinner party, we will exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity,” Stewart said. “‘Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party’ will redesign the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and very funny way.”
Snoop Dogg added, “My homegirl, Martha and I have a special bond that goes back. We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together!”

They might seem like an unlikely pair, but the two have known each other for years, with the rapper a guest on Martha’s talk show several times. Their chemistry was also evident when they both appeared on Justin Bieber’s Comedy Central roast – comedian Jeff Ross revealed the pair even took part in Snoop’s favourite pastime (apart from rapping) after the show.
Martha and Snoop serving up Gin & Juice is a dinner party invitation everyone in Hollywood will be trying to score, so it will no doubt attract some big names. The show will premiere this spring.
