Margaret Qualley is continuing her Chanel reign at Cannes Film Festival, stepping out wearing a silk co-ord by the French fashion house for a photocall for her new film, Stars At Noon, which premiered last night.
The 26-year-old actress went full glam for the red carpet event, wearing a floor-length dark grey dress with loose straps and buttons down the front to give it a relaxed feel, leading into an elegant petticoat skirt with layered ruffles (a gown that looks like it was made specifically for Qualley, who topped it with a chic black bow in her hair).
She opted for a more low-key, but still incredibly chic look for the next day’s agenda, wearing a two-piece silk Chanel co-ord. The outfit was made up of a long-sleeve shirt with a bow around the neck, which Qualley wore half unbuttoned to show some of her stomach, as well as the starry belt she wore around the top of her black trousers, also Chanel.

On her feet, Qualley wore a pair of black ballet flats with the Chanel logo in silver diamontes, matching her silver belt and diamond star-drop earrings.
Keeping to her effortless vibe, Qualley tied her curly hair back into a loose bun with tendrils shaping her face and kept her beauty look simple, fresh and dewy with a hint of pink lipgloss.
Sheer perfection.

Qualley was joined by her co-star, Joe Alwyn, who I now can’t see as anyone other than Nick from Conversations with Friends. Which is at least much better than the many journalists calling him Mr. Taylor Swift.
For his part, Alwyn looked dapper in a cream suit which she wore with a black T-shirt underneath.
The pair’s film, Stars At Noon, is set in 1984’s Nicaragua and follows the story of an English businessman (Alwyn) and an American journalist (Qualley) who fall in love while trying to escape the country during the revolution. It’s directed by Claire Denis and is based on a novel of the same name.
It’s worth mentioning that early reviews are positive with many mentioning the amount (a lot) of sex the pair have throughout. Avert your eyes, Tay.
