If there’s one thing Riverdale was good for, it’s giving us Lili Reinhart (because let’s be honest… it’s not great for much else). The actress and author is the kind of person you want to be pals with – whip smart, thoughtful, passionate and most importantly, full of great beauty advice.
As the face of Covergirl, we know she knows her way around a makeup look, but Reinhart is also a huge skincare advocate – she’s been outspoken about her acne in the past, having worked as a Dermalogica ambassador back in the day.
Now, Reinhart has blessed us with her skincare routine in full: Dr Dennis Gross Facial Steamer, Renee Rouleau Skin Recovery Lotion, Osea Malibu Body Oil, Alumiers Purifying Gel Cleanser and celebrity-backed Augustinus Bader’s The Cream.
The last one comes in at a whopping $400, and is loved but anyone who’s everyone, including Victoria Beckham, Hailey Baldwin Bieber, Melanie Grant, Georgia Fowler and Margot Robbie. The star of the formulation is Bader’s patented Trigger Factor Complex. Also known as TFC8, it’s a unique addition to skincare that helps to reduce skin damage and signs of ageing while delivering luminosity in spades.
According to Bader himself, you’re meant to use the moisturiser alone for 28 days to experience the effects in full – a methodology easier said than done when there’s so many products, so little skin.
Judging by Reinharts’s lineup, she’s using it with a cleanser, gentle facial steams and one other simple moisturiser, not too far off the Bader recommendation. Plus, her glowing complexion is all the evidence we need.
