The Kardashian-Jenner clan’s fashion choices are fascinating, simply because they answer the question: What would you wear if money was no object? For Kylie Jenner, the billionaire baby of the family, the answer to that question is that same as it for most style obsession millennials: Head-to-toe Bottega Veneta.
While in Las Vegas to celebrate Cardi B’s blow-out 28th birthday, Jenner shared some snaps of herself in a chocolate brown ensemble by the culty Italian label, including a crochet handbag, point-toe heels and a supple brown leather suit with statement gold buttons. She added matching crochet halter top (not by the brand), finessing the final look with a sleek high ponytail and rosewood-hued matte makeup.
This isn’t the first time the Kylie Cosmetics mogul has given Bottega a nod. In September she shared photographs of herself in a BV dress and heels, paired with the much lusted-over pouch handbag (caption: ‘bottega baby’). In August she wore a knitted bra from the brand for another at-home shoot.
Bottega Veneta has become one of the most popular brands in the world, following the appointment of creative director Daniel Lee last year. Lee—who cut his teeth working for Phoebe Philo at Céline—transformed the “sleeping giant” with his ultra-modern tailoring and culty accessories.
Sadly, the brand’s spring summer ’21 show won’t be unveiled until later this month (a highly-curated handful of top models, editors and musicians got a sneak peek in London last week, but everyone else will have to wait). At least, until then, we’ll have a steady flow of Kardashian-Jenner content to help us through.
