Kylie Jenner has broken ground on a new 18,000-square-foot home right next to her mom Kris and sister Khloe Kardashian in Hidden Hills.

There’s no place like home!

The mom-of-one purchased the five-acre lot in 2020 for a cool $15 million and has now begun working on building the new home. In pictures published online, the land has been razed and the beginnings of a foundation appear to have been built. The sale of the land in 2020 included approved plans for a huge mansion with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for a full-time security detail, sports court, and a pool.

But it remains unknown if the 23-year-old has changed the plans to her own design – although what more could one need?

The land previously was owned by Miley Cyrus, who reportedly kept horses there. She sold it in 2018 to a woman who demolished the ranch and two years later flipped the land to Kylie. The new property comes a year after the beauty mogul dropped an epic $36 million on a seven bedroom, 14 bathroom, two guest house, and a guardhouse home in Holmby Hills, close to Bel-Air and Beverly Hills.

Kylie spent much of the COVID-19 pandemic at the home, which also features a stunning pool and yard area with built-in cabanas.

Her first home in Calabasas was purchased at the age of 17 and in six short years has already flipped at least three other homes in Hidden Hills, a neighborhood close to where she grew up in Calabasas.

She also purchased land in 2017 which was reportedly for a horse barn and garden, but she sold it later the same year for a cool $700,000 profit.

She also owns a $13.45 million Beverly Hills mansion which she purchased with ex-partner Travis Scott, with whom she welcomed daughter Stormi.
