The Kardashians are not strangers to wearing fur, or feeling the very public wrath from an anti-fur organisation. (Their latest encounter was on April 11 when Khloe and Kourtney were slammed for posing in big fur jackets on Instagram). Such backlash was the case for the youngest of the dynasty across the weekend as Kylie Jenner attended the launch of Sugar Factory in Las Vegas.
While hundreds turned out to see the 19-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star and make-up maven, so too did a group of protesters holding signs and yelling at Jenner. No confrontations were reported as Jenner kept her head down and continued to pose for photographs with fans. While she wasn’t wearing fur to this particular event, she – like her sisters – has done in the past on her social media accounts, namely SnapChat.

Just two weeks ago, Olivia Newton-John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi called out Kourtney Kardashian for wearing real fur. “Why are you wearing fur?” Lattanzi posted to her Instagram alongside a picture of Kardashian. “You have all the money in the world and promote the torture of animals. You could wear anything you wanted that doesn’t require skinning innocent animals alive. This make me angry. Sorry.”
