Kylie Jenner is bringing back the push-up bra – or bikini that is.
After weeks of build-up and sneak peaks of the socialite wearing the pieces on vacation, Jenner’s swimwear line with Frankies Bikinis has launched.
A collaboration between Jenner’s brand Khy, and Frankies, the line features bikini tops and bottoms, mini dresses, and coordinating separates, for time both in the water and on land. Inspired by vintage lingerie and bombshell swimsuits, the line is decidedly sensual in nature.
“It’s not about being overly sexy, but about creating silhouettes that make you feel confident and lifted,” Francesca Aiello, founder of Frankies, told Elle. Jenner asserts the same, explaining, “when you feel comfortable and supported, your confidence shines through.”
The collaboration champions fun and expression, with mix and match pieces sure to cater to all tastes. Polka dots, lace, leopard print, and satin; these re-emergenging trends all work together in these pieces to create “the perfect mix of sweet and sexy,” as Jenner puts it.
A focal point of the launch also includes the introduction of the brand’s Cloud Cups, which re-invent the classic push-up cup for something more modern and comfortable, yet just as buxom in its results.
This collaboration comes shortly after the brand’s extremely successful collection with Bella Hadid, which was inspired by the model’s Western style. These back-to-back collections continue to show that Frankies has long mastered the art of taking sartorial elements we love the most from our favourite celebrities, and morphing them into the perfect summer looks.
