Kylie Jenner is proving to be not only a makeup mogul but a property mogul, too.
At just 19 years old she’s purchased her third mansion, and her latest real estate acquisition is worth twice as much as her other homes, which are also in the exclusive Los Angeles enclave of Hidden Hills.
Photos published by Trulia reveal the extent of the luxury of the eight bedroom, 11 bathroom home. Yes, eleven bathrooms – just a little excessive even for someone who wears and creates makeup for a living, no?

Built just last year, the 13,200 square foot home sits on 1.4-acres and has a sleek pool, as well as offering views of downtown Los Angeles.

It’s difficult to choose a piece de resistance but it might be the incredibly large kitchen, which features not one but two marble-top islands.

It’s not known whether Kylie intends to live in the property or whether she’ll remain in one of her other two homes nearby. If not, we’ve got our hand up to housesit.
The third purchase now puts Kylie ahead of her sister Kendall in the property stakes. Kendall owns a penthouse in downtown LA and recently purchased the former Hollywood Hills home of Emily Blunt and John Krasinski for $8.6 million.
