Kris Jenner has given an idea of what we can expect when Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery is addressed on the next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Appearing on The Ellen Show on Monday, the Kardashian matriarch explained that an entire episode of KUWTK season 13 has been dedicated to covering “the Paris incident” as she describes it, adding that “it was devastating” for the family.

“I was watching it and I was balling — balling when I saw it,” she told DeGeneres of the episode, which will air in the second half of the season.

“I couldn’t even watch the whole thing it was so upsetting. It was such an upsetting time and something so awful happened to somebody you love so much. And it’s just like — ugh — it chokes me up every time to think about it.”

But ever the savvy media mogul, 61-year-old Kris admitted that Kim recounting the horrific ordeal that happened in October last year makes for compelling viewing.

“It’s remarkable to listen to her tell the story and she does that…. moment by moment.”

She explained that Kim found it therapeutic to discuss the ordeal, during which she was held at gunpoint in her apartment, bound and gagged and shoved in the bathroom, with her family.

“When we started filming again [after the incident] and getting up and running, you know obviously Kim was around because we all practically live together on the street. And we started filming and what was coming out of that was very therapeutic for her, I think. To just explain to us and walk us through.”

In a preview of season 13 aired last month, Kim is shown speaking through tears as she recounts the horror to Khloe and Kourtney.

The interview comes the day after photos from the Paris crime scene that show the bed Kim was in when the attack occurred and the tape used to bind and gag her were leaked and published online.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians season 13 premieres on March 5.
