French authorities investigating the violent robbery of Kim Kardashian in her Paris apartment on Monday could be closer to identifying her attackers after a security camera in a nail salon near the building captured them in a complete fluke.

As The Sun reports, it was a “million-to-one chance” that the camera in the nail salon was facing a mirror outside which reflected the thieves as they made their getaway following the brutal attack, which saw them gain entry into Kim’s apartment, put a gun to her head, tape her hands, feet and mouth and put her in the bath while they ransacked her apartment and made off with around USD $10 million in jewellery.

After fleeing the building, they allegedly ran to a nearby car park where they had stashed bicycles to get away on, and unfortunately the security guard at the parking station was asleep and did not see them.

Still recovering from the ordeal, Kim has cancelled a planned appearance in Dubai. She was due to give a makeup masterclass on October 14 but has postponed the trip. Kanye West has also postponed two scheduled concerts to be with his wife.
