Earlier this week, Tristan Thompson made headlines again – thankfully, this time, not due to another baby announcement – after he was spotted partying it up in Mykonos, Greece, with an unidentified brunette woman.
The photos, obtained by TMZ, mark the first time the sports player has been romantically linked to another woman since his split from Khloe Kardashian in December and also come just a week after it was confirmed he and Kardashian were expecting a second child, via surrogate. This baby, who will be a younger sibling to the former couple’s four-year-old daughter True, was reportedly conceived prior to Kardashian finding out Thompson had cheated on her again, this time impregnating another woman.
Since news of her impending second child with Thompson broke, Kardashian hasn’t spoken out directly and fans have had to look to her older sister, Kim, for any indication of how the Good American founder is feeling. On July 18, the SKIMs founder posted a quote to her Instagram Story that read, “Girls can see the difference between 200 shades of nude lipstick but they can’t see red flags,” which many took to be directed at Thompson.
But today, Kardashian did weigh in subtly on the recent photos of her ex with a new woman.
On Instagram, a fan account posted video footage of Thompson with the unidentified woman in Greece, captioning it, “To everyone that’s freaking out about this video of Tristan in Greece with another girl, Khloe and Tristan are both single.”
They added, “Khloe and Tristan are not back together and have not spoken since December outside of co-parenting matters. I don’t know why it would be crazy for Tristan to be with another girl as long as he’s a good dad to his baby which we don’t know when Khloe’s surrogate is due.”
Kardashian herself saw the post and gave it her approval by publicly liking it.
As for whether Kardashian is dating? Apparently. But it’s nothing serious yet. According to an E! News source, the 38-year-old is on the market but “it’s not serious.”
In June, People reported Kardashian and a private equity investor, who she met through her sister Kim Kardashian at a dinner party, were in the “early stages” of a relationship. However, it doesn’t appear the two have taken things much further. “She’s been low-key and hasn’t dated much lately,” E! News source says. “Khloe is definitely very open to dating but isn’t forcing anything.”
