Kendall Jenner has been publicly shamed by a New York bar for not tipping.

Baby’s All Right, a bar in the trendy Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, posted a photo of a receipt that shows Jenner’s name and the amount of the bill – $24 – and that she left the tip area blank.

“Don’t forget to tip your bartender :)” was the passive aggressive caption below the photo.

Not tipping is considered extremely rude in the US,where waiters and bar tenders often earn as little as $2 an hour – in New York bar and restaurant staff earn between $5 – $10 an hour.

Tipping less than 20% of the bill is considered an insult – even in instances of bad service, it’s still considered poor form not to tip.

Many online have put in their two cents on Jenner’s decision to withhold a tip. Some say it’s shameful the wealthy Jenner left $0 for the staff.

“They [hospitality workers] basically survive off of the tips. They don’t get paid sh*t,” one user wrote.

“These people are getting paid below minimum wage they MAKE THEIR MONEY FROM TIPS … you shouldn’t dine in at restaurants [if you don’t want to tip],” said another.

“I’m broke AF and [still] always tip,” another chimed in.

Others argued it’s unprofessional of the bar to post the photo, and that tipping is optional after all.

“I always leave a tip if the service is good but it’s not mandatory, maybe [they had] sh*tty service … whoever posted this should get fired, it’s unprofessional.”

Kendall is yet to respond to being outed for not tipping. It’s safe to say she won’t be back to Baby’s All Right.
