Nail the base. If pressed for time, Victor recommends first nailing your base, and recommends investing time to figure “out which foundation you need”.“You apply your foundation, that’s like a minute and a half, and then you have your lashes which you can do in like 45 seconds. Then apply a lip gloss, that will take you like 15 seconds, and maybe if you have another 20 seconds you can add a little cheek.”
